Outstanding Customer Service

Once while traveling, I experienced firsthand how a business addressed a negative situation. A while ago my wife and I checked into a hotel late at night because of travel delays. While unpacking, we ordered room service. As I unpacked I noticed something terribly wrong. I called down to the front desk and was quickly transferred to the house manager. The house manager said he would transfer us to another room. Someone would be up shortly to escort us to the new room. Five minutes later we heard a knock at the door and a cheery gentleman guided us to our new room. The new hotel room was on the 27th floor of the hotel. Down the hall we went to a corner suite with double doors. The room was magnificent with sweeping floor to ceiling glass windows showing a beautiful view of the Vegas strip. Waiting for us was our room service. It was an upgrade at no charge. We called down and thanked the house manager. Since then, we only go to this hotel when we travel to Las Vegas. A customer will always be loyal if the business stands behind their work or product and is accountable.

Attention to detail sets us apart. Whether it is wearing foot covers to protect our customer’s floor, placing padded mats down before we set down our Klein tool kits, setting down drop clothes for major projects, calling ahead before we arrive, or narrowing down service windows or adjusting schedules to meet the needs of our customer’s schedules. Our goal is to provide service with hospitality in mind to build a long lasting relationship with our customers.
