Is your work guaranteed?

Yes, of course. We guarantee all parts and labor for one year on parts and 90 days labor. Is this written in stone? No. We are flexible with our warranty and will happily work with our customers if the warranty has expired. We understand there are always extenuating circumstances.

Do you have the part on the truck?

Yes and no. We try to stock as many parts as possible on our service vehicles. However, this is a daunting task so we try to get as much information as possible up front so we can source the part we may need.

Are your technicians uniformed and are your service vehicles lettered?

Yes to both. All technicians are outfitted with professionally embroidered uniforms and jackets. All service vehicles are professionally lettered.

Can you come out today?

Yes, with a caveat. We often schedule same day or the next day unless it is during a holiday or inclement weather.

Is your company licensed and insured?

The State of Maryland does not require licensing for the appliance service industry, but we do have a Maryland State business license. We carry full insurance that covers all repairs, liability and bonding.

Do you perform warranty repairs for my warranty company?

Maybe. We currently have a partnership for the following warranty companies: American Home Shield, Mack Home Warranty and New Leaf Warranty. We are also an authorized warranty service provider for Fisher Paykel, DCS, Inglis and Bluestar.

How much will this repair cost?

This is the most common question asked of us and is the most difficult to answer with any absolutes for several reasons. We can try to give an “approximate or ballpark” cost based on the symptoms of the appliance failure and product information.

What is the charge to look at more than one appliance?

There is no additional charge to look at and diagnose another appliance. We are happy to do it!

I own a rental property. Do I have to be there or can my tenant meet you there?

We are happy to service appliances at rental properties. We have done this for 30 years. We can coordinate scheduling with you the property owner and the tenant and stay in constant communication throughout the entire process. We can email an invoice for record keeping purposes.

Do you provide service for on military bases such as Fort Meade and Aberdeen Proving Ground?

Yes. We provide service to both military bases and are honored to do so.

Is the service charge applied to the repair cost and do I have to pay a separate fee if parts are ordered and you have to come back?

Yes, the service charge is applied to the repair cost. You never have to pay a separate fee if parts have to be ordered to complete the repair.
